Non-Custom Items
I.C.U.P. Glitter accepts returns of Non-Custom products within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days, the item will no longer be eligible for return, and you will not receive a refund.
The Customer is responsible for additional shipping costs. Return labels will not be provided. When mailing the product back, please include a copy of your receipt.
Once we have received the item, the customer will receive a refund for the full price of the product via the same method used for initial purchase. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
Custom Items
Refunds on customized items WILL NOT be given. All sales for customized items are final. In the event that your customized item arrived damaged or defective we will replace it with the same item. Please note, some items are handmade and will not 100% match the first item you received.
